I hereby give notice that I will be vacating the unit listed above and terminating my rental agreement with 123 Storage. As agreed upon in my lease, if I do not give 30 days’ notice, I may be liable for an additional month’s rent and/or late fees. I also understand that I am responsible for removing all contents from my unit including my lock by the end of my lease period (either the 14th or last day of the month, depending on your lease term).
