3 month minimum lease with month-to-month option after the initial term. We also offer 6,9, or 12 month initial leases if you need to rent the unit for a longer term. 

Security deposit of $100 and 3 month rent payment required when signing lease. For highest security, tenants are responsible for supplying their own locks.
